ge33 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before opening an account on ge33. All rules covering accounts, bonuses, payments, privacy, and responsible gaming are compiled here.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ge33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using ge33's services ("you", "user"). By creating an account on ge33 or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. Please read this document carefully in full.
1. Definitions & General Provisions
The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- Platform: All services comprising the website, mobile site, and applications operated by ge33.
- Account: A single ge33 account registered in one user's name.
- Wallet: The internal balance within an account that displays deposited funds, bonuses, and winnings.
- Bonus Funds: Money granted under promotional offers that must be withdrawn under separate conditions.
- Turnover: The total wagering amount counted toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements.
These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
2. Account Registration & Management
To enjoy services on ge33, you must first create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Each person may open only one account. ge33 reserves the right to cancel all accounts if a single person is found to hold more than one.
- Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your account with anyone is prohibited.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or operated on behalf of another person.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the ge33 support team immediately.
- ge33 may request identity documents and other paperwork at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.
3. Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the ge33 platform:
- You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. This platform is intended only for persons aged 21 or above.
- If it is established that a user created an account while under the permitted age, that account and all associated transactions will be cancelled immediately.
- ge33 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for age verification at any time.
- ge33 has the right to hold withdrawals until age verification is completed.
Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals
4. Deposits
The ge33 platform currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — the same rule applies for every payment method.
- Deposited funds are generally added to the account wallet within a few minutes.
- Please provide accurate transaction details (reference number, amount) when making a deposit; otherwise processing may be delayed.
- The source of deposited funds must be legitimate. ge33 reserves the right to reject funds from suspicious sources and to investigate the associated account.
4.1. Withdrawals
The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from the platform:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals will be paid via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless there is a specific reason otherwise.
- The required wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, ge33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals or request additional verification.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
ge33 offers various promotional offers, of which the welcome bonus is the most notable. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
- ge33's welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposited funds.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in total wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- A maximum bonus of ৳8,000 can be received from the bonus balance. Depositing ৳12,000 will yield a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
- Each promotional offer may have its own validity period and additional conditions — these must be read at the time the offer is received.
- If a bonus is claimed through misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.
- ge33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ge33 platform:
- Creating an account using a false identity or fake documents.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other artificial means to use the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Hacking the game system or software, exploiting bugs, or using any other fraudulent method.
- Threatening, harassing, or acting harmfully toward other users.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in ge33 immediately cancelling the account and confiscating the associated balance.
Accounts, Liability & Other Provisions
7. Account Suspension & Closure
ge33 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause in these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Where operating the account is prohibited under applicable law.
- A self-requested break or responsible gaming request.
Users may also request account closure at any time by writing to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any applicable amount from the verified balance.
8. Limitation of Liability
ge33 provides its services as a safe and reliable platform. However, ge33's liability is limited in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or technical faults.
- Loss caused by disruption or delays in third-party services (mobile banking, payment gateways).
- Loss resulting from a user leaving their own account credentials unsecured.
- Loss of income caused by temporary unavailability of ge33 services.
The ge33 platform uses SSL encryption and the latest security technology. We follow the highest level of precaution to protect user data; however, no online platform can guarantee 100% security.
9. Privacy & Personal Data Protection
Personal information collected at the time of registration on ge33 and thereafter is used for the following purposes:
- To verify accounts and ensure security.
- For payment processing and fraud prevention.
- For customer service and necessary communications.
- To comply with applicable law.

10. Right to Amend Terms
ge33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before changes take effect.
- Continuing to use the platform after amended Terms take effect will be considered as your acceptance of the new Terms.
- If you do not agree with the new Terms, please request account closure.
- Changes will not take immediate effect on ongoing bets or transactions — those will be settled under the previous terms.
11. Responsible Gaming
ge33 is committed to ensuring a responsible gambling environment. We believe entertainment should be enjoyable and controlled — never a source of financial or mental stress.

12. Dispute Resolution

- ge33's decision will be considered final; however, if a resolution is not reached, both parties will resolve the matter through mutual discussion.
